The aim of this work package is to ensure the wide dissemination of the knowledge generated within this project. It is also important to gather information and on-going feedback regarding the needs of the end users and other stakeholders both in terms of those providing input to the project and the European end-user community. This work package will also ensure that the developments achieved in this project will be available for exploitation by a wide range of stakeholders in industry, the metrology and scientific community, and societal institutes and bodies.
Efforts will be made to make the project’s results publicly available by organising workshops and training sessions and by publishing results on the project website. The necessary actions will be agreed upon, to ensure the wide dissemination of knowledge and project results to all relevant parties.
CEN, ISO and OIML will be some of the organisations that need to be informed about the outputs from this project, however this knowledge will also be passed on to the wider metrology community. The organisations and stakeholders that will be informed about the work will include but will not be limited to: the EU Commission, manufacturers, notified bodies, WELMEC, National Metrology Institutes, national regulators, manufacturers’ organisations (e.g. FARECOGAZ), gas industry technical associations (e.g. MARCOGAZ), consumer organisations (e.g. BEUC), national standards bodies, gas suppliers, gas transmission system organisations, and gas distribution system organisations.
